when it comes to services, from a marketing perspective, the first thing that comes, or should, come in everybody's mind is that they are intangible.here the design is a must, because clients are mini-Iudas/Judas? (the dude who betrayed Christ - don't know his name in english), if they can't see it or touch it you do not exist for them.
a good focus on every aspect of a business : marketing + design + development (at list this are my perspectives) is a must.
